Like the Soggy Bottom Boys in O Brother Where Art Thou, the Kimsey Brothers, John and Jim, do it the old fashioned way here, singing and playing songs they were raised on, live into “a can” – only the can in this case is Jim’s smartphone and the studio is the bottom of Jim’s stairwell. High tech, low tech – it’s all good for high lonesome. Y’all come!
